Thank you for helping to protect yourself and those around you by wearing a mask!
Please complete this simple form so that we know how many masks you need. We will contact you to arrange pick up or drop off.

Please note that we can only provide one mask per person, on a first-come, first-served basis. These masks are washable and reusable, so don't throw them out!

• If you can sew and would like to help, please contact the Social Action Committee. We will provide you with instructions and materials, if needed.
• If you cannot sew and would like to help, please contact us as well! We may need people to pick up the masks from the sewers (contactless) and collect them for donations to the local shelter, other community places, and to deliver them to peoples' homes. We may also need help researching other needs in the community.
